1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The product is damaged or defective.
- You received the wrong item.
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Items without original packaging or missing accessories.
- Products returned after the 7-day return period.
- Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless received damaged or defective).
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number.
- Photos or videos showing the issue.
We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.
4. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to your provided bank account or mobile wallet.
5. Exchange Policy
We only replace products that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
6. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
